Experience the thrill of breathing underwater with our Try Scuba Diving Casares program. Perfect for beginners, this fun and safe activity will introduce you to the exciting world of scuba diving in a relaxed environment.

First, we start in the swimming pool of Casares with a short theory session. During this time, you will learn about the scuba equipment, basic safety rules, and underwater communication. In addition, our certified instructor will show you how to use the mask, regulator, buoyancy control device (BCD), and fins.

Next, you will enter the water and practice essential scuba skills. For example, you will learn how to clear your mask, breathe comfortably through the regulator, and control your buoyancy. This way, you will gain confidence step by step while enjoying the feeling of weightlessness.

The experience includes:

Introduction to scuba diving equipment.

Basic safety briefing.

Fun underwater exercises.

Close supervision by a PADI-certified instructor.
